When you make a purchase on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address and telephone number. We may also collect information when you visit our website such as your IP address and the web pages you have viewed on our site.
Why we collect it
We will use this information to help improve our website, provide more relevant content and to keep in touch with news about our products and designs if you register for updates. We will also use this data to ship any goods and to keep you updated about your order.
How we keep it secure
Your data may be stored through Squarespace.com’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Your data will not be transferred outside of White Bryony Designs without your consent. Payments processed by Paypal will be governed by Paypal’s Ts and Cs.
Who has access to it
Our website is hosted on the Squarespace.com platform. Squarespace.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. We will never sell your personal data or share it with third parties without your consent. We may however disclose it to police or government authorities during the investigation of illegal activities.
How long we keep it
We will keep your data as long as you are registered and wish to receive information and updates. You may ask for your data to be removed at any time by emailing info@whitebryonydesigns.co.uk

Terms and Conditions
Order Confirmation
Once you have placed an order you will receive an email to confirm your order details. Please keep this email so we can refer to it in any future correspondence regarding your order. If you do not receive this email please get in touch so that we can check your order has been placed successfully.
Payments
Payment can be made via Paypal or credit/debit card - login details are required. Payment is deducted when we process your order. If your payment cannot be authorised for any reason we will let you know. Your ordered goods will only be dispatched when your payment has been processed successfully.
Prices
We reserve the right to alter prices on the website at any time. We are not currently VAT registered but may be required to do so in the future.
Availability of Goods
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available for any reason.

Deliveries
Deliveries in the UK will be made by the Royal Mail and a signature may be required on delivery.
For larger orders over £30.00 and international orders an alternative courier may be used.
Returns
Orders can be returned if you are unhappy with the goods for any reason. Please return within 28 days and we will refund or replace them. Please note this does not apply to items which have been made to order.
Refunds will be made once we have received the goods back from you and refunded via the same method of payment used to purchase the goods.
Postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except where an item is faulty or the delivered order is incorrect.
If you are not able to return the goods in a perfect condition then we may need to charge you for any reduction in value of the goods as a result.
Please return goods with a proof of postage certificate as you will be responsible for all returned goods.
